Why the HR2035 Foundation Was Started
Tess Hilson-Greener founded the HR2035 Foundation to challenge and reimagine HR for the decade ahead.
With more than 30 years in global HR leadership and transformation roles across organisations including Inmarsat, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, E.ON, Astellas, BMW, and Gilead Sciences, Tess has witnessed first-hand the friction between traditional HR models and the disruptive force of AI.
The HR2035 Foundation was established to respond to this challenge with honesty, optimism, and practical action. It is a voluntary, research-focused, independent, and not-for-profit think tank dedicated to redefining how HR creates value in an AI-centric world.
Our Mission
The Foundation’s mission is to equip HR professionals with the models, tools, and mindset needed to thrive in an AI-driven era. HR2035 Foundation values open-mindedness, forward-looking research, positive action, supportiveness, and honesty guide all its work. Through a global collaboration of Ambassadors, researchers, and practitioners, the Foundation is co-creating and testing a new HR definition and operating model fit for the next decade.
The HR2035 Book
Tess’s forthcoming book, HR2035: The Future of HR in an AI-Driven World (launching 2026), introduces a suite of integrated frameworks that together form the AI-Centric HR Operating Model:
Together, these models present a blueprint for a human-centred yet AI-enabled HR profession capable of delivering measurable impact while elevating the human experience.

Tess Hilson-Greener, Founder
HR2035 is a not-for-profit research and community initiative focused on advancing evidence-based thinking and the ethical adoption of AI across the world of work. We operate independently, without vendor influence or pay-to-play models, and are committed to open access wherever possible.

Exploring how AI is reshaping work, capability, culture, organisational design and value creation.
Findings are shared through open research, roundtables, insight reports, community events and collaborative inquiry.
Providing a free, inclusive, multi-disciplinary space for HR professionals, leaders, academics, policymakers and innovators to learn, debate, experiment and contribute to shaping the future of people practice.
Developing and testing future-focused organisational frameworks and practical application models, including the
🔸PXB Ecosystem™ (HG Model)
🔸AI Capability Pillars™
🔸WorkScope™
🔸BREATHE(S)™ Culture.
These are designed to help organisations rethink how work is designed, how value is created, and how human-AI partnership can be structured responsibly and ethically.
To avoid misunderstanding, HR2035 does not operate as:
🔸a recruitment or talent agency
🔸a commercial HR consultancy
🔸an outsourced HR service provider
🔸a paid-membership, pay-to-access
🔸endorse or promote vendor-backed services
Our purpose is to inform, connect, elevate, and future-shape not to sell HR services.

The PXB Ecosystem™ (HG Model) and all associated frameworks, models, diagnostics and implementation assets including the AI Capability Pillars™, WorkScope™, and BREATHE(S)™ Culture are proprietary intellectual property created by Tess Hilson-Greener.
These models are licensed separately to maintain quality, consistency, ethical delivery standards, and model integrity. Any revenue generated from practitioner licensing or delivery may be reinvested to support HR2035 research, access initiatives, and ecosystem development.

The HR2035 Ambassador cohort is a voluntary, values-aligned group of professionals who:
🔸Contribute insight, research and challenge
🔸Support community conversations, events and learning.
🔸Act as credible, ethical voices for better AI-era people practice.
Ambassadors may then choose to become PXB Licensed Practitioners, which is a separate, professional pathway.
Some Ambassadors may choose to progress into PXB Licensed Practitioner status. This is an optional professional pathway designed to ensure that any delivery, teaching or adaptation of the PXB Ecosystem™ and associated frameworks is carried out ethically, responsibly and with quality assurance.
PXB Licensed Practitioners:
🔸Receive training on the PXB Ecosystem™ and associated frameworks, including the AI Capability Pillars™, WorkScope™, and BREATHE(S)™ Culture
🔸Agree to ethical, quality and stewardship standards for using, adapting and delivering the models
May use licensed tools within their own professional practice (consulting, advisory, academic, facilitation or organisational delivery) where aligned to HR2035 values
🔸Remain fully independent as they are not employees, agents, representatives or service providers acting on behalf of HR2035
Licensing exists to protect integrity, quality and ethical delivery — not to restrict thinking, exploration or innovation.
Licensing is applied solely as a mechanism for maintaining consistency, responsible usage, and safeguarding the quality and provenance of the models. It is not intended to limit intellectual discussion, academic development, research collaboration, or independent work aligned to the HR2035 mission.
The PXB Ecosystem™ and associated diagnostic, training and transformation frameworks are proprietary intellectual property licensed separately by the creator.
🔸The AI Capability Pillars™
🔸WorkScope™
🔸BREATHE(S)™ Culture
These are proprietary intellectual property created by Tess Hilson-Greener.
They are licensed separately to ensure consistent, ethical and high-quality use.
The HR2035 Foundation is a not-for-profit research and community organisation.
Any revenue generated from practitioner licensing or delivery may be reinvested into HR2035 research, access programmes, and ecosystem development.
This approach allows HR2035 to stay independent, mission-led and transparent, while still supporting professionally delivered, high-quality practice.
