Why was the HR2035 Foundation Started?
Tess Hilson-Greener founded the HR2035 Foundation to challenge and reimagine HR for the decade ahead. With more than 30  years in global HR leadership and transformation roles at organisations such as Inmarsat, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, E.ON, Astellas , BMW and Gilead Sciences, Tess has witnessed firsthand the friction between legacy HR operating models and the disruptive force of AI. 

HR2035 was established to respond to this challenge with honesty, optimism, and practical action. It is a research focused,  this is an independent not for profit community.

Our Mission

The Foundation’s mission is to equip HR with the models, tools, and mindset needed to thrive in an AI-centric world. Its values are open-mindedness, forward-looking research, positive action, supportiveness, and honesty. Tess is leading a global collaboration with Ambassadors, researchers, and practitioners to co-create and test a new definition of HR and a future-focused operating model for the profession.

HR2035 Book

Her forthcoming book, HR2035 (launching 2026), will unveil new frameworks including Breathe™️ (a redefinition of HR’s purpose in an AI-driven culture), WorkScope™️ (a dynamic approach to job and task design), and the AI-Centric BXP Model (balancing business, experience, and people impact). Together, these form the blueprint for a human-centred yet AI-enabled profession that can deliver measurable value while elevating the human experience.

As Founder of HR2035, Tess brings together Ambassadors, partners, and practitioners to shape a people profession that is resilient, ethical, and future-ready.
