HR 2035 Foundation

The HR2035 Ambassadors

Strategic Ambassadors Council

Who They Are

HR2035 Foundation Ambassadors are a select group of independent HR leaders, thinkers, and practitioners who share a commitment to shaping the future of work. They bring diverse expertise, fresh perspectives, and deep experience across industries. Each ambassador retains full independence in their professional practice, ensuring they remain unbiased, trusted voices in the conversation.

What They Do

As Ambassadors, they form the primary council of the HR2035 Foundation – the group we turn to for insight, challenge, and foresight. Their role is to:

  • Shape the Agenda – Contribute to defining the future priorities of the Foundation’s research, discussions, and outreach.
  • Provide Independent Perspective – Act as trusted advisors, ensuring the Foundation remains rooted in practical, real-world HR challenges while looking ten years ahead.
  • Bridge Practice and Policy – Help connect HR professionals, educators, business leaders, and policymakers to ensure HR is at the centre of AI and workforce transformation debates.
  • Champion Ethics and Responsibility – Advocate for fairness, accountability, and inclusion in how AI reshapes work.
  • Engage the Community – Participate in events, roundtables, and publications, amplifying the Foundation’s work while maintaining their independent identity.

Independence & Influence

Ambassadors are not employees, nor do they represent a corporate line. Their independence is crucial: it ensures that the HR2035 Foundation remains a collective, future-focused council of thought leaders rather than a branded consultancy. Each ambassador brings their own credibility and networks, while together they act as a collaborative force shaping how HR evolves in the age of AI.

Impact

Through their insight, foresight, and reach, Ambassadors help the HR2035 Foundation to:

  • Map the future of HR as a profession.
  • Anticipate the impact of AI on the global workforce.
  • Equip HR with the models, tools, and thinking needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
  • Lead think tanks, policy actions and analysis to support the HR2035 vision.

HR2035 Foundation Ambassadors

The Strategic Ambassadors Council is the guiding body of the HR2035 Foundation. It brings together independent HR leaders, practitioners, and thinkers who share a commitment to shaping the future of HR and understanding the profound impact of AI on the workforce.

Membership is by invitation only, ensuring the Council remains an exclusive group of trusted voices recognised for their expertise, independence, and contribution to the future of work.

Each Ambassador retains their independence and professional identity, yet together they act as a collective council of foresight, influence, and challenge. The Council shapes the Foundation’s agenda, informs our research, and ensures that the HR2035 vision is grounded in both practical experience and future-focused insight.

As trusted voices, the Council engages with policymakers, business leaders, and educators, ensuring HR is represented at the heart of AI-driven workforce transformation. Their work safeguards the ethics, inclusivity, and responsibility that must underpin the future of work.
