Tess Hilson-Greener, Founder HR2035 Foundation
Founder, HR2035 Foundation | Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society | Member, Chartered Institute of Journalists | British Psychological Society Member Board
Tess Hilson-Greener is a recognised leader in AI-centred HR transformation and the creator of the PXB Ecosystem™, an interoperable operating architecture reshaping how organisations design work, build capability and sustain trust in an intelligence-driven decade.
With over 25 years’ experience in global HR, Tess has led complex transformation, organisational design and technology programmes across financial services, government, telecommunications and life sciences in private and public sector companies. Her work brings together strategy, behavioural science, AI governance and organisational design to help leaders navigate the future of work with clarity, evidence and confidence.
Tess is the founder of the HR2035 Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit research organisation focused on re-architecting HR for the age of AI. Through HR2035, she has developed the PXB Ecosystem™, integrating WorkScope™, BREATHES™, BALANCE™ and the Seven AI Strategic Pillars into a coherent system that replaces fragmented HR models with an evidence-based approach to human–AI partnership, ethical governance and value creation. Her insights are shaped by active engagement in UK and international discussions on AI governance, fairness, workforce readiness and anticipatory regulation. Tess also serves as an Advisory Board Member for research on empowering women graduates in data and AI.
Through HR2035, Tess works with ambassadors, researchers and senior leaders to advance rigorous, evidence-led thinking on the future of HR — with a focus on capability, trust, ethics and the fundamental redesign of work itself.

Tess Hilson-Greener, Founder
HR2035 Foundation exists to help organisations understand how AI is reshaping work, capability, culture, organisational design and value creation. Our research is shared openly through insight reports, roundtables, community events and collaborative inquiry. The aim is to bring evidence and clarity to the decade ahead.
We provide a free, inclusive and multi-disciplinary space for HR professionals, leaders, academics, policymakers and innovators to learn, debate, experiment and contribute to shaping the future of people practice. This community focus ensures the work of HR2035 remains transparent, independent and purpose driven.
Our capability work develops and tests future-focused organisational frameworks and practical tools including the PXB Ecosystem™ (HG Model), the AI Capability Pillars™, WorkScope™, BREATHES™ Culture and BALANCE™. These models help organisations rethink how work is designed, how value is created and how human and AI partnership can be structured responsibly and ethically.
To avoid misunderstanding, HR2035 does not operate as a recruitment agency, an HR consultancy, an outsourced HR provider, a paid-membership programme or a vendor-backed service. Our purpose is to inform, connect, elevate and shape what comes next for the profession, rather than to sell HR services.
The PXB Ecosystem™ (HG Model) and all associated frameworks, models, diagnostics and implementation assets including the AI Capability Pillars, WorkScope™, and BREATHES™ Culture are proprietary intellectual property created by Tess Hilson-Greener.
These models are licensed separately to maintain quality, consistency, ethical delivery standards, and model integrity. Any revenue generated from practitioner licensing or delivery may be reinvested to support HR2035 research, access initiatives, and ecosystem development.
The HR2035 Ambassador cohort is a voluntary and values-aligned group of professionals who contribute insight, research and constructive challenge to the development of HR2035 thinking. Ambassadors support community conversations, events and learning, and act as credible and ethical voices for better people practice in the AI era.
Ambassadors may choose to progress to PXB Licensed Practitioner status. This is an optional and entirely separate professional pathway.
Some Ambassadors may choose to become PXB Licensed Practitioners. This pathway ensures that any delivery, teaching or adaptation of the PXB Ecosystem™ and associated frameworks is carried out responsibly and to a consistent quality standard.
PXB Licensed Practitioners:
Licensing exists to protect integrity, quality and ethical delivery rather than to restrict exploration or innovation.
The PXB Ecosystem™ and associated diagnostic, training and transformation frameworks are proprietary intellectual property licensed separately by the creator to ensure quality, ethical use and model integrity.
The licensed frameworks include:
Any revenue associated with practitioner licensing or model usage relates solely to the stewardship, protection and development of these frameworks.
