Pro Bono Mentoring (Ambassador-Led)

Qualified HR2035 Ambassadors volunteer their time to provide confidential, one-to-one mentoring for HR professionals experiencing career transition or capability gaps.

This is not a recruitment or commercial coaching service. It is peer-to-peer support grounded in community values. 

Mentoring offers:

• A safe space to reflect and regain direction

• Practical insight from experienced HR leaders

• Support in navigating the emotional and professional impact of change

• Guidance on how to prepare for the new demands of HR in an AI-centred world


Pay It Forward

A small contribution can create a significant impact. Our Pay It Forward initiative funds AI readiness support, training access and community activity for HR professionals who need assistance.


• £50 sponsors one professional’s AI readiness pathway

• Surplus funds support free events, research and access initiatives

• Awards are based on need, not application fees


This initiative reflects our commitment to fairness, solidarity and community uplift.
