The HR2035 Foundation provides a pro bono mentoring pathway for HR professionals who are between roles, experiencing redundancy, or preparing for the future of work shaped by AI and organisational redesign. Mentoring is delivered by qualified HR2035 Ambassadors who volunteer their time to help peers regain confidence, rebuild capability and plan their next steps.
What the mentoring pathway provides:
• Personalised guidance from experienced HR, transformation and AI-literate practitioners
• Support to clarify strengths, capability and future career direction
• Confidence building around modern HR skills and AI readiness
• A safe, confidential space to talk through change, uncertainty and transition
• Opportunities to join HR2035 events, learning circles and community discussions

• HR professionals who are currently out of work
• Individuals experiencing redundancy or career transition
• Early-career professionals seeking direction
• Those who need support but cannot access paid coaching
All mentoring is free of charge and delivered by Ambassadors as part of HR2035’s commitment to a fairer, future-ready HR community.
How it works
Become a volunteer mentor
Senior HR professionals can express interest in joining the Ambassador Mentoring Network. Ambassadors must have strong HR experience, a commitment to ethical practice and the ability to support peers navigating change.
